1. Ringing Ladder update

   The final fixture in group 1 has been completed and I'm now in a position to publish the final table for this group.

   * The tie breaker for the equal points is first the result between the two teams (in this case it was a draw), followed by the total number of faults scored, the lower fault total placing higher (Dunsford - 116.5, Burrington - 160.5). If there is still a tie the final places are decided by the drawing of lots.

   Ringing Ladder Group 1 Results

   This may be a little confusing, but hold on and everything will become clear (I hope). On December 14th Exminster rang against both Dunsford and South Brent at Christow (Dunsford and South Brent had already rung against each other), where the results were given as follows:

   1. 42 Dunsford
   2. 52 South Brent
   3. 74 Exminster

   Judges:
   Ray Mugridge, Colin Avery and David Trist

   Points for the ladder are awarded as follows:
   Dunsford and South Brent both get 3 points (as both teams beat Exminster) and Exminster get 1 point against Dunsford and 2 points against South Brent
